Hey Folks I do not mknow if this will do any good for this familly but I sure hope it helps in some way. Dear Pennsylvania ATV Club: I’m emailing you today in hopes that you can offer assistance in our search for our friend, Donald Lynch. Don left his home in Palmer Township on June 29th for a jobsite in the Jim Thorpe area. He was last seen around the area of 34 Martha's Lane, Jim Thorpe. Don has not been seen or heard from since. He has a wife and three young daughters who are desperately searching for their loved one. As you can imagine, this is an absolutely heart wrenching situation for Don’s family and friends. The community is pulling together to help find Don in any way we can. There has been no cell phone activity, no financial transactions, and no credit card activity for Don. We have all come to fear the worst with regards to his safety. The last known piece of information regarding his whereabouts is a signal from Don’s cell phone that was last "pinged" at 12:39 a.m., Tuesday, 6/30/09, from a cell tower located at 5314 Egypt Road, Coplay. That tower covers a 14 mile radius area that covers up to and including the area of Lehighton. We are asking local organizations such as yours if they would be kind enough to share a Missing Person flyer with their membership and/or post on your website. This flyer contains Don’s picture and identifying information. I would be happy to email or fax the flyer to you if you would like. We are also asking the public to assist us with the search, fearing that Don may have been in an accident and his vehicle is not visible to the naked eye from the roadway. He was last seen driving a Black PT Cruiser, with PA license plate # ERA 2715. While we realize that your organization may not be directly located in Lehighton or the surrounding area, perhaps you may know of other organizations or contacts that do frequent the area. Please feel free to forward this information along to them. Please contact Palmer Township Police at (610) 330-2200 if you have any information that could assist us in finding Don. Thank you in advance for your time and your assistance. I typically do not send unsolicited emails to organizations, but desperate situations call for desperate measures. You never expect this to happen in your own neighborhood or to people you know. We simply want to bring Don home. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Ebenezer Bible Church has also been organizing the search volunteers and they can be contacted directly at 610-868-5501. Thank you again. Sincerely, Kim DiPaolo, friend of the Lynch Family
